By registering as a volunteer or member of Surakshit Bhava Foundation / Mission Sambhav, you agree to the following:
Members must maintain respectful, responsible, and dignified conduct at all times while representing Mission Sambhav — at events, on social media, or in any public capacity. Any behaviour that brings disrepute to the organisation will result in immediate cancellation of membership.
Members are expected to actively participate in at least one initiative they have registered for — whether traffic awareness, blood donation, plantation drives, health camps, or Mission SOS. Membership is a responsibility, not just a title.
All details submitted during registration must be true and accurate to the best of your knowledge. Submission of false or misleading information will result in disqualification of membership without notice.
The Mission Sambhav name, logo, membership card, or certificate must not be used for any personal, political, commercial, or promotional purpose without prior written permission from the Foundation.
Members may have access to internal event information, contact details of fellow members, or community data during their service. This information must not be shared outside the organisation under any circumstances.
The Foundation maintains a strict zero tolerance policy against discrimination of any kind — based on caste, religion, gender, language, or economic background. All members are expected to uphold this value in every activity.
All volunteer activities must be carried out within the boundaries of Indian law. Members must not engage in any activity that is illegal, unsafe, or against public order while representing the Foundation.
Membership is valid for the period specified at the time of registration. The Foundation reserves the right to cancel or suspend membership at any time in case of violation of these rules. Members may also voluntarily withdraw by notifying the Foundation in writing.
Events and activities may be photographed or filmed for documentation and promotional purposes. By registering, members consent to their image being used in Foundation publications, social media, and media coverage related to Mission Sambhav activities.
Any concerns, complaints, or suggestions may be directed to the Foundation office at surakshitbhava@gmail.com or by calling +91 93001 98198. All grievances will be reviewed fairly and responded to within a reasonable time.

Every donation will be acknowledged by the Foundation. Donors will receive a confirmation of their contribution for their records.
There is no minimum donation amount. Every contribution, however small, is valued and put to meaningful use.
Donations from outside India are subject to applicable regulations under the Foreign Contribution Regulation Act (FCRA). Please contact the Foundation before making an international contribution.
The Foundation reserves the right to decline or return any donation that conflicts with its values, mission, or legal obligations.
